Eddie described how they evolved their organization, tool chain, and processes to go from 20% of builds being deployed to 60% over the past 18 months. He described how they documented their value delivery chain and identified all of their choke points in the continuous delivery process that would need to be automated in order to achieve their new velocity and quality targets.
